Core Criteria

A core charge is included on injection pumps, turbochargers, and injectors, upon receipt and inspection of core to PFD Equipment & Tools LLC, 16901 McVay Road, Fredericktown, OH 43019, a refund will be issued for the core charge.

• Place cores in a sealed plastic bag.
• If you do not have an acceptable core to return, no refund will be issued.
• Damaged or unusable cores will not be accepted.
• If the core is damaged beyond repair or unusable the Cost of Return Shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Cores must be returned within 21 days, if longer is needed please contact prior to ordering.
• Core credit will be issued via check once the core is received and looked at by our technician within 14 days.
• Core Return shipping label is provided.
